HAMPUS, Ghana (CNN) How to learn to code?
It’s easy to learn, but it’s harder to master.
That’s because many of the world’s top computer scientists, including Bill Gates and Sergey Brin, are not from the country, where the average life expectancy is nearly 78.
That means there are plenty of people to teach you the basics.
But as the country prepares to host the World Economic Forum next month, many experts are wondering whether there’s a way to bring computer science to a whole new generation of people.
“There’s definitely some opportunities there, but there are still a lot of barriers,” said James Wilson, professor of computer science at Harvard University and a co-author of the book “Computer Science for Beginners.”
That’s the subject of the new “Computer History” book, which will be published in August by Simon & Schuster.
It’s a topic that’s being debated in Ghana, which has a growing number of tech entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with programming skills.
Some of them are hoping to leverage those skills in the digital economy.
But many others are concerned about the cost of computer education, including the lack of free computers and textbooks.
It’s a problem that’s been faced in other countries as well.
A survey by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime found that Ghana ranks 37th out of 37 countries in the availability of computers.
In addition to its technical problems, Ghana has a high rate of illiteracy.
That includes in computer programming, a skill that can be taught to anyone.
The book’s authors, Wilson and his colleagues at Harvard, say there are other ways to bring computers to Ghana.
For one, the country has a vibrant tech industry that is heavily reliant on digital technology.
“Our government is spending money to develop more internet connectivity,” Wilson said.
A more practical way to get more computer science graduates into the country would be to offer more technical college programs and open more programs in computer science.
In Ghana, many schools don’t have computers and only have basic programming skills, so it’s difficult for many students to progress beyond a bachelor’s degree.
And it’s hard to find qualified people who are willing to take the plunge, said Wilson.
He and his co-authors say that’s why the book will focus on Ghana’s top schools, which are focused on the high school and college level.
“It’s an extremely small number of people, but we can see the potential,” said Wilson, who is also a visiting scholar at the University of Maryland.
“The opportunities are there.
We just have to put the pieces together.”
CNN has learned that the book is written by two former computer science professors, two former Ghanaian students and a former Ghana national computer science teacher.
The book will feature a number of Ghanaian computer science teachers.
The authors say they plan to include research from the Ghanaian government.
The goal of the project is to create a global platform to help young people learn the basics of computer technology, said Richard Kneip, a professor at Stanford University and author of “The New Computer Science,” which has been used to train Ghanaian programmers.
More than 90 percent of Ghanaians have no formal formal education, and that gap is projected to widen as the population ages.
But the country is also trying to change that.
“We have the ability to get this information out to young people in Ghana who otherwise would be lost in this lack of education,” Wilson told CNN.
“So we’re going to be putting this information on this platform that we have to make this accessible to everyone in the country.”
